After meeting with Lucas we were pleasantly surprised to have the opportunity to discuss and be involved in aspects of the design process. He was very visible with his leadership on the site, responsive and always approachable. We were impressed by the attention to detail and high quality finishes in the design. We have purchased off the plan before with The Palms far exceeding our previous experience. Lucas and the team were driven to complete the project quickly but didn't sacrifice quality. Other friends who have bought into similar developments have been waiting for over 3 years. Our only reservation was the target completion date seemed ambitious but even with modification approvals, COVID and material supply issues he succeeded.
